もやし・人参・わかめのナムル
電子レンジで簡単に作れる、もやしと人参のナムル、鶏ガラスープの素を使い、簡単に味が調う。

①人参100gをスライサーでスライスともやし100gを入れて、ラップをかけ、600Wの電子レンジで4分ほど加熱。
2乾燥ワカメを水で洗う。
③ボウルに鶏ガラスープの素小さじ2・酢小さじ1・すりおろしニンニク小さじ1/2・ごま油大さじ1に①と➁を和える。
