しゅうまい
①ボウルに豚ひき肉150gと玉ねぎ1/2個みじん切り・オイスターソース大匙1・酒大匙1・鶏ガラスープの素小匙1・砂糖小匙1・生姜小匙1・片栗粉大匙1を入れて、混ぜ合わせる。
➁シュウマイの皮12枚に①を包み、グリンピースを乗せる。
③蒸し器で10分程蒸す。
➃レタスを敷いたお皿に盛り付けて完成。
Shumai
