大根と春雨の合わせ煮
畑の大根収獲最盛期で、沢山美味しく食べる料理を考案してみました。
大根の千切り 春雨うどん
➀大根を写真のように千切りにスライスする。
➁だし汁で春雨・大根を合わせ煮る。
③器に盛り、人参を千切りスライスした、半生渇きした物を天盛り。
*春雨の代わり、ソバ・うどん素麺・お揚げ等好みの物を合わせればより良い。
Combined boiled radish and vermicelli
It was the peak season of radish harvesting in the field, and I tried to devise a dish that I ate a lot of deliciously.
Shredded radish vermicelli udon
➀ Slice the radish into shreds as shown in the picture.
➁ Boil vermicelli and radish together in dashi broth.
③Serve in a bowl, shredded carrots sliced, and serve with half-thirsty food.
* Instead of vermicelli, it is better if you combine your favorite things such as buckwheat, udon noodles, fried fish, etc.
