茸とアサリ・ソーセージの合せバター炒め
冷蔵庫のあるもので簡単に調理、茸・シメジ・ソーセージ・アサリのバター炒めは如何でしょうか。

①弱火で熱したフライパンにサラダ油をひき、人参・舞茸・筍・むきアサリ・ソーセジを炒める。
➁最後にもやしを加えて炒め、有塩バターとめんつゆ2倍濃縮大匙1を加えて中火で炒め合わせ、黒こしょうで味を調えて火から下ろす。
③器に盛り付けてブロッコリーを添え完成。
