なすと豚バラのうどん
ごま油で炒めたトロっと柔らかな、なすと豚バラ肉の相性はとてもよく、美味しいです。

➀鍋にごま油大匙1を入れ中火で熱し豚バラ肉50g一口大を炒める、火が通ったら中火のまま、なす70g1cmの銀杏切り・人参50gを入れて炒める。
②ナスがしんなりしたら中火のまま水150mℓ・めんつゆ (2倍濃縮)80ml・砂糖小さじ1を入れて、アクを取りながら3分ほど煮て、火を止める。
③茹でたうどんや素麺を②に入れ器に盛り完成。
うどんの代わり素麺・蕎麦・スパゲテイでも良い
