古代米を使った炊きこみご飯(4人分)
古代米は、黒米・赤米・香米・緑米がある。イネの品種のうち、古代の野生種の形質を残した品種を指す言葉で、赤米に含まれるタンニン系の色素、黒米に含まれるアントシアニン系の色素、緑米に含まれるクロロフィル系の色素が健康に良いと云われている。
➀米500mℓ・古代米50mℓ(合わせて米3合)を一緒に洗い、ザルに1時間程置く。
➁米を炊飯器に入れ、塩小匙1/2、分量の水を入れて、昆布5g乗せて炊く。
③炊きあがれば全体を混ぜて、器に盛る。

➀Wash 500ml of rice and 50ml of ancient rice (3 pieces of rice in total) together and place in a colander for about 1 hour.
➁Put the rice in the rice cooker, put 1/2 tablespoon of salt and a portion of water, and cook on top of 5 g of kelp.
When it is cooked, mix the whole thing and put it in a bowl.
