愛彩菜のおしたし
久し振り愛彩菜をスーパーで見つけおひたしに
さび菜・愛彩菜は、アブラナ科アブラナ属の植物で、カラシナの仲間(カラシナの変異種)。ワサビ菜は綺麗な緑色で、葉っぱ縮れていて、カラシナの仲間で、ピリッとした辛みがあります。愛彩菜はワサビ菜より辛みが少ない野菜。
食べ方は、ちぎってレタスと混ぜてサラダやおしたし・胡麻和え・浅漬けや、その他色々な食べ方がある。
①愛彩菜を洗い、熱湯に30秒浸け、冷水で冷やし2~3cmに切る。
➁①に醤油・鰹節を混ぜて出来上がり。
③愛彩菜(あいさいな)と云う野菜
ワサビ菜の一種で、愛彩菜は草津市の農家が2006年から栽培を始め、辛みがあまり無い事から愛彩菜と命名されたとか。
滋賀県草津市下笠町の農作物直売所【草津あおばな館】で販売されている。
この野菜は寒さに強いので。端境期の緑黄野菜としては最高です。

①Wash the aisai, soak in boiling water for 30 seconds, cool in cold water and cut into 2~3cm pieces.
➁Mix ① with soy sauce and bonito flakes.

It is a type of wasabi cabbage, and Aisai-na was started cultivated by farmers in Kusatsu City in 2006, and it was named Aisai-na because it does not have much spicy.
It is sold at the farmers' market [Kusatsu Aobanakan] in Shimogasa Town, Kusatsu City, Shiga Prefecture.
Since this vegetable is resistant to cold. It is the best green and yellow vegetable in the marginal period.
