豚ヒレと野菜のソテー
①豚ヒレを薄く切り醬油麹と酒をまぶし1日冷蔵庫に取り置く。
②①をサラダ油で炒め途中もやし・人参・ピーマン・キャベツを加え炒める。
③お皿に盛り付けて、トマトを添え出来上がり。
