里芋ご飯
①さといも120g皮をむき5mmの厚さの銀杏切りにして10分程水に浸けアク抜きしてとり置く。
②2合を洗い分量の水・塩小さじ2/3(こぶ茶)・みりん小匙2を入れ混ぜて、その上に①の里芋を乗せて、炊く。
③皿に盛り付け、緑の野菜や胡麻を天盛り。
*干しエビ・もち米を入れたり、昆布5gを乗せるのも良い。
*上記要領で舞茸・栗・グリンピース等も美味しい。
Taro rice
①Peel 120g of sweet potatoes, chop 5mm thick ginkgo nuts, soak them in water for about 10 minutes, and remove them.
②Mix 2 cups with water, 2/3 teaspoon salt (kobucha), and 2 small mirin spoons, put ① taro on top and cook.
③Serve on a plate and top with green vegetables and sesame seeds.
* You can add dried shrimp and glutinous rice, or put 5g of kelp on top.
* As mentioned above, Maitake mushrooms, chestnuts, green peas, etc. are also delicious.
