冬虫夏草の味噌汁やお茶
先日のベトナムの友人が訪ねて来て、冬虫夏草のお土産を頂いた、薬効があり味噌汁やお茶を作りました。200年以上前に日本にもたらされた冬虫夏草。現代でも多くの方に愛用されるスーパーフードです。古来より健康成分が注目され貴重で高価なパワーの冬虫夏草。
①いりこダシの顆粒をお湯で溶かす、しめじ・大根・豆腐カットを煮る。
➁味噌を溶かして、刻みネギ散らせ、仕上げに冬虫夏草を入れ混ぜて出来上がり。
Cordyceps miso soup or tea
A friend from Vietnam visited me the other day and gave me a souvenir of cordyceps, and I made miso soup with medicinal properties. Cordyceps was brought to Japan more than 200 years ago. It is a superfood that is used by many people even today. Cordyceps has been attracting attention for its health ingredients since ancient times, and is a precious and expensive cordyceps.
①Dissolve the iriko dashi granules in hot water, and boil the shimeji, daikon, and tofu cuts.
➁ Melt the miso, chop the green onions, and add cordyceps to finish.
