As if the incredible beaches and unspoilt nature weren't enough draw to visit Ogasawara, the region is also home to some of the world's warmest and friendliest human beings.
The Ogasawara Islands is an archipelago of about 30 small rocky islands.
They call it “Bonin Blue.” 20 mwters under sea water, surrounded in sapphire. Large boulders littered the sea floor. In the distance, the ocean stretched to infinity. Some divers poured across the sea floor, looking at colorful fish making refuge on the rocky bottom. I remained focused on the blue.
Ogasawara is well known for diving, dolphin swimming, whale watching, sea kayaking and more.
