日々懸命に
As hard as possible every day:

人格を練り、魂を磨くには具体的にはどうすればいいのでしょうか。山にこもったり、滝に打たれたりなどの何か特別な修行が必要なのでしょうか。そんなことはありません。むしろ、この俗なる世界で日々懸命に働くことが何よりも大事なのです。
What should we specifically do in order to build up our personalities and brush up our souls? Does it need a special discipline like for us to stay in the mountains or be beaten by water from a cascade? That's not the case. On the contrary, it is more important than anything else for you to work in this secular world as hard as possible.

Running a business does not mean just selling and buying of things, but strenuous dedication of your energy into your business.
There should be a good communication of hearts between the people concerned. (what is a business?)

The reason why things are against your intention comes in most cases from the fact that you cannot reflect yourself and contemplate with an honest mind. (contemplation of yourself)
