In the early days of Kyocera Corporation, soon after it was founded, some who were all excellent and smart quit the company, saying " there is no bright future in this company." What were left behind were common, dull human resources who had no ability to change their jobs. However, such dull human resources would become great leaders in a decade or two decades.
