ど真剣に生きる
To live our lives literally in a serious way:

自然界では、限られた一瞬一瞬を、精いっぱい、ど真剣に生きているのです。「今」を必死に、懸命に生きることで、小さな生命を明日へとつなげている。私たち人間も草花に負けず、一日一日をないがしろにすることなく、ど真剣に生きていかなくてはなりません。
In the natural world, all the living things are living really seriously, spending limited, every moment as hard as possible. They are carrying their each small life to the future, by living "now" desperately and earnestly. We humans should live our lives literally in a serious way, as good as flowers in the field, without making light of any day.
