牛丼
甘辛い煮汁を十分含んだ牛肉と、煮汁がたっぷりかかったごはんがよく合う。お好みで卵を乗せたり、一味唐辛子をかけても美味しく頂けます。

➀玉ねぎ1/2個は細かく切り・椎茸50g・人参・筍も細かく切り電子レンジ500w3分加熱。
②中火に熱したフライパンにサラダ油大匙1をひき、①を入れ中火で炒め、すき焼きのたれ・牛バラ肉200gを5cm幅に切ったものを煮る。
③ごはんを盛った丼に②を盛り付け、茹でブロッコリー・卵の黄身を添えて出来上がり。
*すき焼きのたれはスーパで簡単に手に入る。
*ご飯の代わりうどんでも良い。
