チームは　やってくれました　素晴らしい仕事をね

 it was a successful day　 for us.

上手く行った日でしたね　僕達にとってはね。

 For myself, 

僕に関しては、

considering （I was struggling in Free Practice, ）

考えてみれば（フリー走行で苦労してた事をね）

it was a very good turnaround　　　 for qualifying.

　　とても　良い転換になりました　予選に関してはね。

 I 　had an unfortunate  gust of wind 　　　　　　　　in Turn 2

　　　    　不運な　突風を受けてしまったんです　２コーナーでね

       and

       それで 

       los　　　　　　t a lot of lap time　　 there, 

　　失ったんです　たくさんタイムをね　そこで。

but still,

でも、

 another Q3　　　　 is   not bad.

更なる予選３(進出)は、悪くないですよね。

　　　＊＊Q3　→　Ｑ２(予選２)でTOP10に入ると最終予選Ｑ３に進出

“As you can see in the result, the team did a fantastic job, and it was a successful day for us. For myself, considering I was struggling in Free Practice, it was a very good turnaround for qualifying. I had an unfortunate gust of wind in Turn 2 and lost a lot of lap time there, but still, another Q3 is not bad. So far, it’s been an enjoyable race weekend, with many ups and downs which have challenged me, but at the same time, if we can turn it around to this it’s always a good feeling, and that’s credit to the team. We’ll see how it goes with the weather tomorrow, but we have a good car and obviously want more points in the bag, so we aim to finish in the top ten with both cars."

チームとしては、

 it was a positive day. 

　ポジティブな　日でしたね。

For myself, 

僕自身にとっては、

there are still a couple of things　　 to improve 

　　　　まだ、幾つかありますね　改善するところがね。

but 

でも

overall,

全体としては、

 it was a very fun　 day 

　　とっても楽しい日でしたよ

　　　　　　　　　　because of the several　 condition changes.

　　　　　　　　　　だって　　　何回も　コンデションが変わったからね。

 It was　　　 good training　　 and　 learning　　 for myself,

なぜなら

 we’re not in a bad place.

 I still felt 　as though we were able to perform well 　　　in rainy conditions,

“As a team, it was a positive day. For myself, there are still a couple of things to improve but overall, it was a very fun day because of the several condition changes. It was good training and learning for myself, especially driving the intermediate tyres in wet conditions because we haven’t had much wet running this year. It was also good data collecting. As we know, everyone was doing different things but looking at our pace we’re not in a bad place. I still felt as though we were able to perform well in rainy conditions, so I’m confident in both wet and dry. As always, there are some things from today’s runs to improve on, and the midfield is still very tight, but we’ll continue doing what we’ve been doing for the last races, finetune certain areas and put it all together tomorrow.”

neo speed park

先日、shimomura-racingのカートイベント参加してきました

開催地は千葉県八千代市の "neo speed ppark"で

結構　雨が降ってる中のウエットレースとなりました

レンタルカートはレインタイヤが無くて

雨でもスリックタイヤで走るの　初めて知りました・・

＊＊スリックタイヤ・・・溝無しのタイヤ

＊＊レインタイヤ　・・・雨用の溝有のタイヤ

ってことで

雨の中走る事になったんだけど

濡れた路面で曲がらない車をアクセル・ブレーキで曲げていくなど

ドライビング自体は　ドライ（乾いた路面）より

面白かったです！

参加費　8000円（早割り7000円）でした

参加人数は32人でした
