超簡単もやしナムル
ナムルは朝鮮半島の家庭料理の一つで、もやしなどの野菜やゼンマイなどの山菜・野草を塩ゆでしたものを調味料とゴマ油などで和えたもの。
今回は電子レンジで加熱して調味料と合わせるだけ、火も使わずに手軽に作れる。忙しい時や、お酒のおつまみに。
①もやし200gをラップに入れ、600Wの電子レンジで3分加熱し、ザルにあげ水気を切り。
②ボウルにしょうゆ小さじ2・ごま油小さじ2・鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1・すりおろしニンニク小さじ1・白すりごま大さじ1・塩昆布を入れてよく混ぜる。
③皿に盛り付けて完成。
