身の丈を超える夢を：
You should have a big dream which might be far beyond you at present:

自分の人生を自分の力でしっかりと創造していける人というのは、必ずその基盤として、大きすぎるくらいの夢、身の丈を超えるような願望を抱いているものだ。
A person who can create their own life by themselves has, with no exception, a big dream which seems to be too big, or a great desire which might be far beyond their status.

私にしても、自分をここまで引っ張ってきてくれた原動力は、若いときに抱いた夢の大きさ、目標の高さだったといってもいいだろう。
To take my case, the driving force which has encouraged me to get here could be said to be the greatness of my dream I had in my youth, or the height of my goal I set those days.
