働きやすい職場を築こうとする場合、それはリーダーが自分の都合を優先した、自分が仕事をしやすい環境ではなく、職場の大多数が働きやすい環境でなければならない。リーダーにとってのみ都合の良い職場を望むなら、部下は誰もついてこない。
When you want to create a comfortable workplace, it should be the environment which is good for most of the people there, not that which is good for a leader with priority given to him. Nobody will follow him if he wants to seek his own comfortable environment.
自分の部下を優先し、彼らが働きやすいと感じる環境を、リーダーが自己犠牲を払って築いてこそ、部下をして奮い立たせ、部下の信頼と尊敬、職場の協調と規律、そして発展が得られるのである。
Only when you take preference of your subordinates, and build up the environment they feel is good for them at your own cost, you can encourage them, get their confidence and respect for you, and establish cooperation and discipline in the workplace, which will lead to your company's development.
