リーダーたるべき人：
The person suitable for a leader:

会社がうまくいきだすと傲慢になってしまう経営者や、役職が上がるにつれ、威張るようなリーダーでは、社員の心は離れて行ってしまいます。地位や名誉、金といった利己の欲望を抑え、集団のために謙虚な姿勢で尽くす「無私」の心を持ったリーダーであれば、部下は尊敬し、心から従ってくれるはずです。
If entrepreneurs of a business get arrogant when the business begins going well, or leaders assume an air of importance as their positions are getting up, people working there are getting away in their mind. If a leader is suppressing selfish desires like position, honor or money, and also is unselfish, devoting themselves to the group with modesty, people working under them should respect them and obey them from the bottom of their heart.
