謙虚にして驕らず：
being modest and being not arrogant:
To be not arrogant as well as be modest:

人間はある程度成功すると、傲慢になり、自分だけよければいいという利己心が出てくるようになる。しかし、少しばかりの成功で驕り高ぶってしまうようでは、その成功は決して続かない。
If they become successful to some extent, people has a tendency to be arrogant and selfish thinking It's OK if things are good only for themselves. However, if a cheap success makes them arrogant, that success will never last a long time.

どんなに成功しても、相手を思いやるやさしい心を、善き思いを持ち続けることが必要である。
However great success you get, you need to keep having a generous mind to think of others, and having good thoughts.
