A fighting spirit is indispensable for running a business.
元々は柔弱でケンカもしたことがない、闘魂のかけらも見受けられないけれども、ひとたび経営者となった瞬間に、多くの従業員を守るために敢然と奮い立つ、そんな経営者でなければ、従業員の信頼を得ることはできない。
Once you are the person responsible for the management, you should be strong enough to deal with everything, even though you have been gentle, have never had a fight against others, and have always looked having a fighting spirit. Otherwise you could not get the confidence from the employees .
なぜ、そのようなことができるのか、それは自分の会社、従業員を何としても守るという強い責任感であろう。その責任感を経営者が持てば、腹はすわってくる。
Why is that kind of thing possible? The reason could be said to be the manager's sense of responsibility to protect the company and the employees. If you have such a sense of responsibility, you could have a firm resolve to tackle everything in business.
