経営者の働きぶりを見て、従業員が「うちの社長ぐらい努力する人はいない。あれでは身体を壊すのではないか」と感じ、自分たちももっと働こうと思わせるくらいに一所懸命働いていなければ、経営者の指示命令は徹底されない。
Even if you are an operator of a business, you could not make yourself completely understood by the employees working there , unless you are working hard to the extent that you get them to work harder, with their thinking " there is no one who makes efforts like my president. Working like that would make his body collapse."

When you entrust some job to someone, the point is you should not completely entrust it even though entrusting it to them. You should continue giving them appropriate advices and instructions at an appropriate time. (how to entrust jobs to your subordinates)
