I have thought I would like to have a good relationship like that of parents and children or between siblings, instead of a confrontational relationship between the management and the labor, even in a business world. Given such circumstances, we should help each other, encourage each other, and share in joys and sorrows.
家族のような関係であれば、経営者は従業員の立場や権利を尊重し、従業員は経営者と同様に会社のためを考えて行動できるはずだ。
If the relationship in a company is just like that in a family, I have thought that the management can respect the status and the rights of the employees, and then the employees can behave just like the management thinking of the company's benefits.
私はこのような関係を、「大家族主義」として、会社経営のベースとしてきた。
I have regarded this kind of relationship as "A -big-family-ism" and the basis of the corporation management.
