たばこの気持ち

本日、私たちは東洋大学校友会神奈川県支部の今年度2度目の三役会議を開きました。

三役全員参加のもとで、来るべき1月3日の箱根駅伝応援📣新年会の確認作業をしました。会場は神奈川県地域労働文化会館。

参加人数80数名の再確認、テーブル配置、開催場所との調整、名札の準備、飲み物やメニューの周知、各担当の役割、受付表の修正など、予定していた2時間をギリギリまで使い、検討を重ねました。

物事は段取り八分、あの二分は臨機応変に対応することとしました。

三役会議を終えた後、有志で懇親会をしました。世の中がクリスマスイブで早く帰宅すればいいのに、リスク管理の上からも、会議では話せなかった深い話題をしておきました。お店は、中華「🥟一番」。

懇親会をお開きにして、帰路に着く前、「良いお年を！」と手を振りながら散会しました。

Today we held the second meeting of the year for the Toyo University Alumni Association Kanagawa Branch.

With the participation of all three officers, we confirmed the upcoming Hakone Ekiden (relay relay race) 📣 New Year's party on January 3. The venue was the Kanagawa Prefecture Regional Labor Culture Hall.

We spent the last two hours of the scheduled meeting time reconfirming the 80-odd participants, arranging tables, coordinating with the venue, preparing nametags, making sure everyone knew the beverages and menu, the roles of each person in charge, and revising the reception list.

It was decided that things would be set up eight minutes in advance and that those two minutes would be flexible.

After the meeting of the three officers, we had a get-together with volunteers. Even though the world was Christmas Eve and we could have gone home early, we had a deep topic of discussion that we could not talk about at the meeting from a risk management standpoint. The place was Chinese "🥟Ichiban".

We ended the get-together and before heading home, we waved "Have a good New Year!" and waving our hands as we dispersed.
