演芸で紙切りを見るのは、おそらく2度目ぐらいでした。
日本初の紙切り女性芸人・林家花さんは、手始めに「舞妓さん」を器用な手つきで切り紙にしてから、「満月のうさぎ」「宝船」「大谷翔平」などのリクエストに応える実演と話芸、お客様へのイジリが秀悦でした。
出来上がった切り紙は、台紙と一緒にリクエストした方に差し上げるサービスはとても喜ばれました。
