⛳Cram school （Diary)

Last week on December 8th, I went to Kaya Temple

 for a memorial service. 

This is the day when Buddha attained enlightenment. 

I found out about that day when I saw a poster.
There were few ordinary people, but many monks participated. 

After the memorial service,

There was also a rakugo performance by a monk. 

I believe that December 8th was the start of the war in Japan. 

Maybe the person who made the decision had something in mind.

I noticed two things about egg dishes.
Boiled eggs are easier to peel 

if you peel them after they have cooled.
If eggs are boiled and stored, 

they will not last long. 

I think it destroys the anti-inflammatory ingredients in the egg.
