The results of the Holter ECG showed nothing wrong. 

Heart or lung function does not decline significantly with age.

Muscle strength and immunity decline dramatically with age. 

I take a walk every day to maintain my muscle strength.

I try to eat mackerel to boost my immunity. 

Mackerel isn't very tasty, 

but you get used to it if you eat it.

I was busy with going to the hospital and visiting the graves. 

Docter told me Maybe it's because of my age, 

but when I run, I get short of breath.

Therefor I asked for an electrocardiogram test. 

The results will tell next week. 

I think I'll have to check Echocardiogram. 

I visited two graves,

one in Chiba Prefecture and the other in Tama Cemetery. 

It was a busy Obon holiday. 

The hospital isn't always a very good place.

I've moved from Kojima to Asakusabashi 

for my English studies, 

and I've been using the library recently. 

I'm currently reading "Medicine of Death" and

 "The Right Answer for a 70-Year-Old."

 I used to buy books at bookstores. 

But for me, borrowing books from the library is better

because the period is limited, 

so I can read in a short period of time. 

It's also free. 

The librarians are very friendly. 

"Medicine of Death" talks about near-death experiences. 

It especially talks about the need to deal 

with the existence of the soul in modern medicine. 

"The Right Answer for a 70-Year-Old" talks 

about how to prevent dementia.
