先日、清澄白河庭園の池で、カモをすぐそばで見ていました。カメも近くに寄ってきました。
The other day, I was watching ducks right next to the pond at Kiyosumi Shirakawa Garden.
The turtle also came closer.
調子にのって、もっとカメに近づいたら、わきからヌーッと、すっぽんが私に向かってきました。びっくりしたわぁー。カメの体の倍以上もあり、動きも俊敏で、危うく噛まれるかと思いました。
When I got carried away and got closer to the turtle, the soft-shelled turtle suddenly came towards me. I was surprised.
It was more than twice the size of a turtle and moved so quickly that I thought it was going to bite me.
