本日放送のテレビ東京「タクシー乗り継ぎ¥5000円の場所で降ろしてください」で、福島県東白川郡が放送されました
塙タクシー、棚倉城などが紹介され、私は棚倉高校時代を思い出しました
たとえば、福島県といえども蕎麦文化がすべてではなくて、福島県東白川郡塙町では、うどん文化なのです
少なくとも、私が生まれ育った地域では、蕎麦を打って食べることはなく、四季を問わず祖母や母が打つうどんを食べていました
また、富山県と塙町の「面白い」「面白くない」という言葉が、「おもしい」「おもしくない」あるいは
「おもしがっぺぇ」「おもしゃくねぇ」などと言われています
一般的な常識とされることが、そうでもない場合もあり、その微妙な差異がとても面白いと思いました
For example, Fukushima Prefecture is not all about soba culture. In Hanawa Town, Higashi Shirakawa District, Fukushima Prefecture, there is udon culture.

銀杏を拾い、下処理し丁寧に手を加えられた緑の粒が4つ、こづゆのホタテ出汁と相まった苦みが秋の趣きとして美味しゅうございました。
ちなみに、こづゆは会津の郷土料理ですね。

本日、私は炊事当番でした。鳥肩肉ゴロゴロ親子丼を作りました
それから、約1年前に作られたパサパサの福島県産の干し草餅があったので、試しに水で戻して油をしいたフライパンで焼いてみました
そしたら、あらまぁ〜ビックリ！柔らかい草餅に変わっていました。柔らかくて伸び〜る餅になったので、とても美味しくいただきました
