しいたけとナスの肉詰めを作り、家族から好評を得ました
本日のランチ愛妻お弁当にも、昨日の残り物が入っていました
今日も炊事当番で、久しぶりに親子丼を作りましたが、鶏肉の下処理がうまくいかず、味付けも思い通りになりませんでした
味見をかねて、イタリア🇮🇹赤ワインで玉子丼を試食してみましたが、家族の評価は星⭐️半分くらいかな？と予測しています
Yesterday, I was on kitchen duty. I made stuffed shiitake mushrooms and eggplants, which were well received by my family. My wife's lunch today also contained leftovers from yesterday. I was on kitchen duty again today, and made oyakodon for the first time in a while, but I didn't do a good job of preparing the chicken, and the seasoning didn't come out as I had hoped. I tried the egg rice bowl with some Italian 🇮🇹 red wine to test it out, but I think my family gave it about half a star⭐️.
