11月最終のNHK「プロフェッショナル／仕事の流儀」は、10代の若者たちが仕事の名人に短期間の弟子入りをするお話でした。その中で、2人の弟子を指導した天ぷら職人の早乙女さんは、「プロフェッショナルとは“我慢”である」と述べていました。たばこを手に、弟子に「本当に 精神的にね ずたずたになる」と語りかける姿がとても印象的でした。NHK's "Professional/Work Style, which aired at the end of November, was a story about teenagers who become apprentices to a master craftsman for a short period of time.
