真夜中の太陽を見て

白夜といっても、
23:00はもう自宅からは太陽が見えないんです。
そこで、真夜中の太陽も見てみようということになりました。
ところが、太陽のある北には、生憎の雲。
そこで、違う場所まで足を延ばすことになりました。

At night under the midnight sun,
we can't see the sun from my house after 23:00.
So we decided that we would go to see the sun at midnight.
But there was a lot of clouds in the north unfortunately.
So we changed the destination.



まずは、ガソリンを入れてと…。
And we need gasoline first.



そこから見える夕陽の映える雪山。
ふ～～、私はこれだけでも、満足なんだけどなあ～。
It's a snow covered mountain reflecting the setting sun.
----! I can be satisfied with just this sight.

それから、どんどん山を登ります。
We are driving on the mountain .




到着…。
なんと思いがけない場所に連れてきてもらったことでしょう！
We've arrived.
What a nice unexpected

この太陽、日本であれば
見ている間にクックッと落ちるところです。
でもほぼに水平に少し落ちていき、また昇っていくんですって。
This sun is going to set soon little by little if it were in Japan.
But here it is moving almost horizontally and is rising.



冷たい風に吹かれながら見ていたら、
胸がいっぱいになってきました。
While I was watching it with a cold mountain wind
my heart was getting full.




日本では暑い日が続き、地震ももあちこちで起きているとか…
不安の中で夜を過ごしている人も多いでしょう。
I heard it has been very hot and there have been earthquakes here and there in Japan.
I guess many people are worrying at night.

今こうして安全な別世界にいる自分。
この風景を届けたい！
I am in a different and safe place now.
I want to send these sights to my friends in Japan.

そんな思いにかられました。
I had this strong feeling.



太陽は出てなくても、
お天道様はいつもある。
いつも見守ってくれているんですね。

Even if we can't see the sun,
the sun always exists.
It is always watching us, isn't it?

和の小空間 作ってみました！

2日前は急に暑くなって
Tシャツの人を見かけることが多かったのに
今日は小雨でちょっ小寒いです。（外の気温13度）

It suddenly became very warm two days ago.
I saw many people with T-shirt.
But it has been a bit rainy and cold yesterday and today.
(The outside temperature:13℃)

渡欧直前に
ノルウェーで折り紙を紹介できるように
と2種類、友達が教えてくれたんですが…
覚えているかなあ？

Just before leaving Japan
my friend taught me two kinds of Origami to introduce to Norwegians.
I was worried if I could remember them.

やっぱり、ほとんど忘れていたけど
なんとか折れました！😃

I had mostly forgotten but I managed to remember them!!
I was relieved.



「祝い鶴」

" IWAIZURU"
IWAI means celebration.
ZURU is actually TSURU, which means crane.

お祝いの席にもピッタリ！

IWAIZURU is good to display for celebration.



それから、これは優れものですよ！
同じものを8枚合わせたら
箱ができちゃうんだもの。

And it is very nice, too!
Because we can make it with just 8 sheets of the same pattern.

すごいよねー！
折り紙にはいつも感心させられます。

It's so great!
I am always moved by making Origami.

私ももうちょっと折り紙を覚えよう!と思います。

I'll remember more kinds of Origami.

部屋の片隅にこんなスペース作ってみました。

I made a small Japanese space in the corner of the living room.

カモメの産卵期に玉子を食べちゃった！？

今日はいい天気！
近くの湖に行ってきました。
訪れている人も多けりゃ、鳥も多いのには驚きました。

It was very sunny today!
I went to the lake near here.
I was surprised that there were a lot of people and birds!

トロムセは海に囲まれた町。
どこにいてもカモメがいるんです。
ここには、カモメだけでなくいろいろな鳥がいます。

Tromso is a town surrounded by sea.
So we can see seagulls everywhere.
Here are not only seagulls but also other birds.


全く人を恐れないし、逃げる気配もないんです。
何とも可愛い。
すぐ近くで観れるし、写真も撮り放題。

They aren't scared of humans at all, and don't try to escape.
They look very cute!
We can see them very closely and take pictures freely.



ノルウェーでは豊かな自然が守られている。
人々がそれを守り維持しようとしている。
いろんなところで、それを感じます。
まだちょっと滞在しているだけなんですけど…。

In Norway a lot of nature has been protected.
And people have tried to keep it.
I can notice that here and there,
even though I have been here only a short time.

湖の周りを歩いているとこんな標識がありました。

I saw this sign when I was walking around the lake.


5月1日から7月31日までこの先侵入禁止」

"Don't go there from 1th May to 31th July"

つまり、鳥の産卵と生育の時期なんですねえ。

That is the season for eggs and growing.
まあ、ほんとたくさんのカップルがいること！

How many couples on the field!


そう言えば…先日食べたよな、カモメの玉子…
もちろんスーパーで買ったんですよ。

I recalled that I ate a seagull egg on the other day!!
Of course I bought it at the supermarket.



スーパーのカモメの玉子は遠い海のもの。
カモメはだいたい3つ産む。
1個なくなってたら、またもう一個生む。
だから、一つは頂いてもいいんですって😅

Supermarket seagull eggs are from small islands far out in the sea.
Seagulls usually have three eggs,
but if you take one, they may lay another!
So it's ok to get one of them.
I heard so.

鶏よりやや大きめ、白身に透明感あり。
塩気があり、鶏とそう変わらない味でした。

It's a bit bigger than one of chicken.
The taste is a bit salty, but similar to chicken eggs.



あらためて、ごちそうさまでした.

一週間がたちました

ここに来て一週間、
着いた翌日買ってきた薔薇の鉢
固い蕾だったのがこんなに！

やっぱり白夜のなせる技？

今の白夜は？と言いますと …

ずっと昼間のまま
時間が進んでいないかのよう。
夜11時、曇りの日でも
電気をつけなくても本が読める。
ちょっと暗いけど…

だから思う。
あれ、もうこんな時間？

晩ご飯が5時
これまたリズムが違う
そこで、思う。
あれ、まだこんな時間？

長いんだか、短いんだか…
早いんだか、遅いんだか…

ネットが進んでいつでも繋がるし
まるですぐそこにいるよう

近いんだか、遠いんだか…

わかんないよなあ。
わかんないことがいっぱいだよなあ。

だから、面白い。
だから、大事にしよう。

今・ここを。

てなことを思いながら、過ごしてます。
白夜の中を。


In the midnight sun at 19:30 on 26th,May

It is 1 week since I arrived here.
The rose I bought the next day after arriving that had some hard buds
has bloomed a lot by now.

Does the midnight sun help it?
So how is it in the midnight sun?

It has been day for a long time.
It's like the time doesn't pass at all.

About 23:00,
we can read a book, but actualy it's a bit too dark to do it,
if it is cloudy.
If it is not cloudy, it is sunlight!

So it is later than I thought.

We have dinner at 17:00 .
that makes me feel strange too.
So it is earlier than I thought.

Is it a long time or a short time?
Is it early or late?

We can easily contact each other through the net.

Is it close or far away?

I can't know everything.
I have a lot to wonder about.

So everything is interesting!
So I try to make everything precious
Now and here.

I've been having such feelings
in the midnight

穀物文化かな？

こちらは、今日まで三日間お休みです。
日曜月曜はお店が閉まるから
買い物をするなら、土曜日に、とのこと。

土曜日は大型スーパでお買い物。
わー、日本みたいだ。若い人がいっぱいだ～！
なんてワクワク、キョロキョロ。

ところが、4時ですよ、4時！
店は閉まり、お客の姿が一気に消えた。
ほんとに閉まるんだ…‼️
（日本では年中無休夜10時まで営業は、普通）

ということで
日曜日はゆっくりとパンを焼きました。
小麦、全粒粉、スペルト、ライ麦、オーツ麦、大麦
が入ってます。

スーパーでは、
ハード系のパンの種類がドーンと多い！
白いパンは、端の方にあるって感じ。

カリッとパリッとしたパンも多く、
こちらは、とにかく日持ちがいい。
いつ買ったかわからないけど、棚の隅にあって、
食べるもんがない！という時に思い出して
ああ、助かった～！って感じ。

種も含めて穀物文化ってのもあるのかな～？

今から最後のお休み楽しんできまーす！




It is a three-day holiday here.
I heard that the supermarket would be closed so we should buy something on Saturday.

And we went to the big shopping center.
Wow-! Its like a Japanese one! There are many young people and families!
But...It's only 16.00!!
And all shops are closing and people are leaving!
It's really closed!!! But it's because of the holiday.

In Japan, it's normal that the shops are open until 22.00 all the year.

On Sunday, we relaxed by baking bread.
It includes wheat, whole wheat, spelt, rye, oats, barley.

Here there are really many kinds of hard or brown bread in the shops.
White bread is secondary.

There are also a lot of types of dry, crunchy flat bread.
It lasts forever.
If there is no food in the house, we can remember we have it somewhere and be relieved,
although we don't remember when we bought it.

I think they have a culture of grain and cereal.

We'll enjoy last holiday from now!

すぎなから感謝をこめて

なんと！
ここトロムセにも
しかもこの家の庭にも
ありました。

すぎな！！

らくだメソッドを使った教室は閉じました。
様々な迷いの中で選んだ道。

でも、
いろいろな人が出会い学ぶ場を作りたい。
その想いは、変わらないのです。

このslsすぎなのスペースを生かしたい。
学びたいこと、
やりたいこと、
スキルを持っている人の
やる気と実行、継続のお手伝いをしたい。

そんな想いに応えてくださる方があったのです。

なんとありがたいことでしょう。

すぎなの花言葉は、

意外、驚き、向上心、努力

そうでした。

いろいろな人の協力を得て
今、私はここにいます。

あらためて 皆様にお礼申し上げます。
ありがとうございます。

日本では、そろそろ梅雨でしょうか。
私は二度目の春を味わいます。

I found it in Tromso!
In the garden here!

It's Sugina!

I closed my class of Rakuda method.
It's what I decided after a lot of consideration.
But my hope of wanting to create a place where different people can meet and learn together doesn't change.

I'd like to make use of the classroom space for persons who have some things to learn and some skills to teach.
I'd like to help them to act, and continue learning.

Some persons responded to my wish.

I appreciate it very much.

In Japan, Sugina represents surprise; wonder; aspiration; effort.
I recalled it.

Now I can be here with a lot of support by many friends and my family.
Thank you so much everybody.

The rainy season is coming in Japan.
I can experience spring again, in Norway

トナカイだー！

えー！
うっそー！
トナカイ？？？

たまたまカメラを手にしていたので、撮れました。
いるんですねえ。
買い物から帰る途中すぐ横の草原を歩いてたんですよ。
びっくりです。

ちなみにトナカイは、
英語でreindeer.
ノルウェー語では、rein
じゃあ、トナカイは？

アイヌ語だそうです。
灯台下暗しでした😅

I had my camera by chance so I could take some pictures of it.
It is really near us, isn't it?
On the way from shopping I found it walking on the grass by the road.
I was surprised!

“Tonakai” is reindeer in English.
It's rein in Norwegian.
Then..what language is “Tonakai” ?

I heard that Japanese “Tonakai” is actually from Ainu.

ブログも英語と日本語で！

ノルウェーって何語？

ノルウェー語です。
でも、ほとんどの人が英語も話すんです。

皆さん、私のことを英語ペラペラ！
なんて、思っているでしょうね、きっと。
でも、それ大きな勘違いです！

こうして異国に来ますと…思いますわ。

日本語、忘れたくない。
(いやいや、磨きたいくらい！)
そして、英語も上達したい。

そこで、今朝思いつきました！

こちらで色々な人と話す。
その他に…

ブログ、フェイスブックを
英語と日本語で書く。

私には、むっちゃハードル高いんですけど…

ボチボチやってみようと思います。

What language do Norwegians speak ?

It's Norwegian.
But most people can speak English.
You think I can speak English very well?
It's a big mistake!

I'm not good at English.

Now I think
I don't want to forget Japanese
And I want to improve my English and even Japanese!

So I had a good idea this morning!

I'll talk with many people.
And
I'll write my blog and Facebook in English too.
It's my big challenge!
I'll do it slowly.

I'm so happy if you can learn and enjoy together with me.

ノルウェーは既に白夜でした！

教室を閉じた私の大きな理由は、
ノルウェーに来るためでした。

大事にしたい人と過ごす。
ただただ一人の女性として、
この人生で後悔しないように。

私を待ってくれている人の住む街に
ついにやって来ました。

と言っても3回目ですが…(^ ^)

初めてきたときは

えらい所に来てしまった…！
と思わせたのがこの光景。
その時はもっと雪が積もっていましたが…

これが、フィヨルドというもの。

私が向かうトロムセは…?

見えてきました‼️



左手に見える島。
あれが、トロムセです。

どうやら、雪はなさそう。
とホッとしつつも、
やっぱりドキドキしてきます。

迎えてくれる人いるって
ほんと幸せです。

それにしても
着いたのが、夜の8時30分。
異常に明るい。

えっ？ひょっとして白夜？

「そう昨日からね」

えーっ！！

雪と白夜

繋がってなかったんですねー！

仕事もない。
ハープもない。
ノルウェー語はもちろん
英語もろくに話せない。

こんな私が、ここでどんなことをしていくのか？
どんことに感動し、
どんなことをしたくなるのか？

自分でも全く想像もつかず
自分で自分のことを楽しみにしているんです。

こんな体験をさせてもらえることに感謝です。

それにしても
これが、18日夜の10時30分
