▼今回の放送は、渋谷を引き払い、久しぶりに「ふるさとの北見」へ向かうオルカさんのドキュメントでした。▼札幌ではさっぱりだった生業は、旭川で予想外の歓迎を受け、一晩で22,270円もの投げ銭を得ました。しかし、故郷佐呂間の手前の北見市内では、心ない若いグループに因縁をつけられ、警察署で「謝罪文」を書き釈放されました。
▼翌日、前年に父と離婚した母と再会し、初めて母に旭川で得た投げ銭のうちから、10,000円のお小遣いを渡しました。お母さんはとても感激していましたが、オルカは旅を止めようとせず北へ向かいました。
▼しかし、水虫が悪化したことにより、不安が増して「とにかく落ち着きたい」との想いから、札幌に戻りホームレス支援の施設に入居しました。初めは稼ぎの半分を収める約束でしたが、途中からお酒へと消えていきました。それを見かねた施設の責任者から、「俺は飲めればいいんだ、では困る。これでは、あなたのためにもならない」と、苦言があったこともあり、またホームレスに戻りました。
▼それから10年たち、オルカさんは3年前から札幌でワンルームのアパートに住んでいました。お母さんも亡くなっていましたが、オルカさんは合わせる顔がない、とお葬式はおろか線香もあげていませんでした。

The person in charge of the facility, who couldn't bear to see that, complained, "It's okay if I just drink. This won't help you."
Ten years later, Mr. Orca has been living in a one-room apartment in Sapporo for three years.
His mother had also passed away, but Mr. Orca didn't give him any incense, let alone a funeral, because he didn't have a face to meet.
