Last week I traveled to Hokuriku. 

① We visited Kanazawa, and got around in a sightseeing taxi. 

It was a gold taxi, so other tourists were watching. 

② At the hotel in Awara Onsen where we stayed that day, 

a welcome party was being held for Meijin Fujii Souta. 

We were surprised at how busy the hotel was. 

③ Next, I wanted to go to the ancient battlefield 

where the Asakura clan fought against Nobunaga, 

but we couldn't enter,

because Prince Takamatsu was visiting. 

There were a lot of big events going on that 

I didn't know about. 

They all seem to be related to the Hokuriku Shinkansen.
