横浜中華街の入口手前にあるお店でもいただきますが、シマダヤさんの「揚州商人／上海焼きそば」は、なかなかの優れものです。
Shimadaya's "Yangzhou Merchant/Shanghai Fried Noodles" is quite good, although you can also get it at the store just before the entrance to Yokohama Chinatown.
初めて自分で2人前を作ってみました。
I made two servings myself for the first time.
麺はレンジで2分間チンしてから、液体スープの一つを絡めておきます。
Microwave the noodles for 2 minutes and then toss with one of the liquid broths.
フライパンで肉と野菜を炒め、もう一つのソースを絡めてから、麺と合わせて終了です。チューハイとの相性もバッチリでした。家族の評価は今ひとつでしたので、次回は頑張ろうと思います。
We pan-fried the meat and vegetables, tossed them with the other sauce, and then finished with the noodles. It went perfectly with the chu-hai. My family's evaluation was not so good, so I will try my best next time.
