7月31日の家族ランチは、南区内鎌倉街道から左に磯子方面へ向かって直ぐ、二郎系の「豚仙人」さんのラーメン（麺400g、ニンニクトッピング、800円）を美味しくいただきました
For our family lunch on July 31st, we enjoyed some delicious ramen (400g noodles, garlic topping, 800 yen) from the Jiro-style "Buta Sennin" ramen shop, located just to the left of Kamakura Kaido in Minami Ward, heading towards Isogo.
「いつもように、食べ切れないから食べてよ、と言われるかと思ったけど、親父は歳のわりに食べるなぁ〜っ」と息子に感心されました
My son was impressed and said, "I thought he would tell me to eat more because he couldn't finish it all, like usual, but my dad eats a lot for his age."
そして久しぶりでしたが、夕食との合間にマックシェイク（マスカット）を食べ（飲み）ました
それにしても、7月30日のコロナウイルス感染者数には驚きました。予測されていたとはいえ、全国で12288人、東京で初めて4000人を超える4058人、私が住む神奈川で初めて1500人を超える1580人、埼玉でも初めて1000人超えの1036人の感染が確認されました
ロックダウン的な強い措置や、パラリンピックの中止が現実味を帯びてきましたが、先行きが思いやられますね
And, although it had been a while since I last did this, I ate (and drank) a McShake (Muscat) between dinner.
Even so, I was surprised by the number of coronavirus infections on July 30th. Although it was expected, 12,288 people were confirmed nationwide, 4,058 people in Tokyo, the first time the number exceeded 4,000, 1,580 people in Kanagawa, where I live, the first time the number exceeded 1,500, and 1,036 people in Saitama, the first time the number exceeded 1,000.
Strong lockdown-like measures and the cancellation of the Paralympics are becoming a reality, and I'm worried about the future.
