久しぶりに雨が上がり、澄んだ陽気に誘われて、
夜の8時半、散歩に出かけた。
It stopped raining after a long time,
and the clear and bright weather invited us to walk at 20:30.
ちょっと道を外れると森の中。
枝を掻き分けていたのが、ぽっと開ける。

We walked away from the path and into the forest.
There were many branches to move out of the way but then the space opened up.
What is it?
自転車（BMXというらしい)の練習場らしく、
子どもたちが自分たちで作っているようだ。
It looks like a practice place for bicycle, maybe for BMX.
It seems to have been made by the children themselves.
眺めの良いところに出た。
冬は住民のための小さなスキー場でリフトもある。
We arrived at a place with a nice view.
Here is a small ski run with a ski lift for the citizen in winter.
一人の女性が木にもたれて座っている。
私たちに目もくれず、ただ景色を見ている。
うっとりと幸せそうな顔。
A woman is sitting down, leaning on a tree.
She didn't look at us and was just watching the view.
She looked very happy with fascination.
それからさらに下ると、道に出る。
冬の間は、スキー（クロスカントリー）コース。
夏はウォーキング、サイクリングコースになる。
And we went down and saw a path.
It is for cross country skiing in the winter.
it is used as a walking and bicycling course in the summer.
歩いている人もいれば、走っている人もいる。
女性も多いが、ほとんどが一人なのだ。
Some people are walking and some are running.
Most of them are alone and many are women.
白夜の溢れ日はなんとも優しい。
How mild and calm the light comes through the leaves of the trees in the late evening.

なんて穏やかに近づいてきてくれるのだろう
なんて優しい瞳で見てくれるの
How calmly they are coming to me!
How kindly their eyes look at me!
ここにある安心、平和,
どうやって維持できてきたのだろう？
どうして、これができない国がたくさんあるのだろう？
The safety and peace here,
how have you kept that?
why can't a lot of countries do this?
ただただ、涙が溢れてくる
