たばこの気持ち

本日、宝寿院（桜観音）の藤井住職に電話しました。

私が起草した藤井住職のお父様（東洋大学校友会神奈川県支部藤井相談役／故人）に関する原稿をチェックしていただきました。

藤井相談役のご子息（宝寿院住職）は、私と同い年ということもあり、話が盛り上がり長電話（40分）になりました。

彼から「原稿内容はOKです。2ページも使って掲載いただきありがとうございます」というご返事をいただきました。

そのあと、ご子息が泣きながら、同時に明るく笑い合いながら、お父さんの思い出を語り出しました。

私も亡き父を思い出し、もらい泣きしました。笑いました。

短編小説が書けるぐらいの濃密なお話を伺いました。

とてもいい1日の締めくくりになりました。

Today, I called Mr. Fujii, the chief priest of Hoshuin (Sakura Kannon).

He checked the manuscript I had drafted on Fujii's father (Advisor Fujii, Kanagawa Branch of Toyo University Alumni Association / deceased).

Since the son of the advisor Fujii (abbot of Hoshuin) is the same age as me, we had a lively conversation and ended up having a long phone call (40 minutes).

He replied, "The content of the manuscript is OK, and thank you for using two pages to publish it."

After that, his son started crying, but at the same time, he had laughing cheerfully and sharing memories of his father.

I also cried, remembering my late father. I also laughed.

I heard a story so intense that I could write a short story about it.

It was a great end to a great day.

花々がたくさん咲いていました。

ユキヤナギが咲き出し、梅の花びらが散る後ろで、早咲きの桜が咲き出していました。

石垣と歩道の境目には、コンクリートを割くようにして、可憐な野草が咲いていました。

野毛山動物園から、前方には気高いランドマークタワーが見えました。

A lot of flowers were blooming.

The cherry blossoms in early bloom were blooming behind the snow willows and plum petals.

At the boundary between the stone wall and the sidewalk, pretty wildflowers were blooming as if breaking the concrete.

From Nogeyama Zoo, I could see the noble Landmark Tower in front of me.
