昨日、藤沢駅そばの焼き鳥屋さんでちょい飲みしました

9月の藤沢宿散策の後の懇親会を探索がてら、試しに入ってみましたが、若者向きのお店であったことから、別のお店で予約しました

飲食店通りに、スタンド灰皿が見えましたので、写真を撮ってきました

Yesterday, we had a few drinks at a yakitori restaurant near Fujisawa Station. 

We decided to try it out while looking for a place to meet up after our stroll around Fujisawa-juku in September, but it seemed to be a place for young people, so we made a reservation at another restaurant. 

We saw a stand ashtray on the street where the restaurants are, so we took a photo.

福島県東白川郡塙町のみよし食堂はお休みでした

それでも従兄弟ご夫妻とお会いし、あいさつと立ち話ができ、とても嬉しかったです

みよし食堂のラーメンは食べられなかったですが、福島県東白川郡塙町の蕎麦耕房の蕎麦粉を、オーナーの光明ちゃんから譲ってもらい、本日のランチとして、私が打ってみました

お蕎麦と団子の中間みたいな形状でしたが、息子曰く「うまいよ！蕎麦粉がいいと、こんな美味いんだ😋」と、ツユをぶっかけて、たくさん食べてくれました

ありがとう光明ちゃん😊

今夜（2024.8.18）の横浜は、遠くの空に満月🌕なんか、とても、さほど長くはない人生だけど、いいことばっかりの予感がするのです

それは、たとえ大きな勘違いであっても、いいことなのだろうと思います

Miyoshi Shokudo in Hanawa-cho, Higashi-Shirakawa-gun, Fukushima Prefecture was closed.

Still, I was very happy to meet my cousin and his  wife, and to be able to greet and chat with them.

I couldn't eat the ramen at Khomei Khobo, but the owner, Khomei-chan, gave me some buckwheat flour from Soba Kobo in Hanawa-cho, Higashi-Shirakawa-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, and I tried making it for today's lunch.

It was a shape that was somewhere between soba noodles and dumplings, but my son said, "It's delicious! If the buckwheat flour is good, it's so delicious 😋" and poured the sauce over it and ate a lot.

Tonight in Yokohama, there is a full moon in the distant sky 🌕. I have a feeling that my life is not very long, but I have a feeling that only good things will happen.

I think that even if it's a big mistake, it's a good thing.

昨夜の家族夕飯は、横浜伊勢崎町の町中華「十八番」で、アサヒスーパードライ瓶ビールを飲みながら、餃子🥟、タンメン、五目焼きそば、チャーハンを分け合って美味しくいただきました

Last night's family dinner was at the local Chinese restaurant "Juhachiban" in Isesakicho, Yokohama. We shared gyoza, tanmen, gomoku yakisoba, and fried rice while drinking Asahi Super Dry bottled beer.

じじい、走る

午前中、じじいは歯科医院で、入れ歯の型取りをして、愛妻弁当を食べ、12時半からの会議に出ました

午後4時40分に会議が終わり、午後5時からの懇親会に、遅れてはいけないと思い、じじいは走ったのです

In the morning, my grandpa went to the dentist to get his dentures made, ate his wife's lunch, and went to a meeting at 12:30.

The meeting ended at 4:40, and I (the old man) ran to make sure I didn't get late for the social gathering at 5:00.

8月15日は終戦記念日でしたが、翌日の16日は、私にとっての平和的な終戦記念日のようなものでした

まさに、一大長編小説を一気読みしたようでした

その一日で、私は自分の「死に支度」の地ならしが出来たような気がしています

兄貴たちとは、悲喜こもごもいろいろありましたが、本当に童心に返って、笑顔のままにお話ししてきました

しかし、安心するな、心配するなのことわざにもあるように、慎重に淡々と、笑顔を忘れずにお付き合いを深めていこうと思っています

私は過去にこだわらず、いいことだけを思い出し、短いこれからの余生を味わっていこうと思います

August 15th was the anniversary of the end of the war, but the following day, the 16th, was like a peaceful anniversary of the end of the war for me.

It was like I read a long novel in one go.

In that one day, I felt like I had made the groundwork for my own "preparation for death."

Although I had many happy and sad experiences with my brothers, I truly returned to my childhood and spoke with a smile.

However, as the saying goes, "Don't be complacent, don't worry," I intend to deepen my relationship with them carefully and calmly, without forgetting to smile.

I will not dwell on the past, but will remember only the good things and enjoy the rest of my short life.

現在、突貫工事で9月4日OB会定期総会用の議案書（案）を作成しています

ソースネクストの「いきなりPDF」をパソコンにインストールしていたのですが、使い方がよく分かりませんでした

今回、やむに止まれず使ってみたら、Adobe無料版では不可能だった各種編集ができることを知りました

作業がとても進みました

I am currently working on creating a draft agenda for the alumni association's regular general meeting on September 4th.

I had installed SourceNext's "Ikinari PDF" on my computer, but I didn't really know how to use it.

I had no choice but to try it out, and discovered that I could do various edits that were not possible with the free version of Adobe.

I was able to make great progress on my work.

私は午前中、かかりつけの内科医院で、体重測定、採尿と採血💉をして、前回の検査数値を聴きながら、問診を受けて処方箋を出していただきました

ヘモグロビンA1cは、前回からマイナス0.1の7.9、まだ高い数値ではありますが、半年前の10超えからすれば良いでしょう、とのことでした

次回の診察は10月7日。まだ先だと思っても、あっという間に月日は流れていくのですね

そして、行きつけの床屋で散髪（1600円）してから、なじみのコーヒー☕️ショップで、久しぶりにポツンと1人、ホットコーヒーを飲みました

In the morning, I went to my regular internal medicine clinic, where I had my weight measured, urine and blood samples taken, and was given a prescription after listening to my previous test results and taking questions.

My hemoglobin A1c was 7.9, down 0.1 from the last time. It's still high, but it's fine since it was over 10 six months ago.

My next appointment is on October 7th. Even though I think it's still a long way off, the days just fly by.

After getting a haircut (1,600 yen) at my regular barber, I went to my regular coffee shop and had a hot coffee, alone for the first time in a while.
