去年は、埼玉県草加市内に、こんな路上ステッカーはありませんでしたが、罰金1000円の市条例の施行により、喫煙規制が強化されたのでしょう。そのせいもあってか、路上にポイ捨てゴミはほとんど見当たりませんでした。Last year, there were no street stickers like this in Soka City, Saitama Prefecture, but smoking regulations must have been tightened with the enforcement of a city ordinance with a 1,000 yen fine. Perhaps because of this, there was hardly any trash left on the streets.
