昨日発表された新型コロナ新規感染数を知り、私は今後の行動規制や自粛要請が心配になりました。

報道によれば、新規感染者数は東京が7899人で、先週の金曜から4801人増加し、7日連続で前週上回り、重症20人、死亡8人となっています。

全国でみると、7万4093人の新規感染者です。こんなに増えてきたのに、「第8波」への対応は「打つ手なし」という感じがしますね。

インフルエンザと同じような病気として、ワクチンと薬による療養になっていくのでしょうか。

When I learnt of the number of new new corona infections announced yesterday, I became concerned about future restrictions on behaviour and requests for self-restraint.

According to reports, the number of new infections is 7,899 in Tokyo, up 4,801 from last Friday and higher than the previous week for the seventh consecutive day, with 20 serious cases and eight deaths.

Nationwide, the number of new cases is 74,093. After such an increase, the response to the 'eighth wave' seems to be 'no way to beat it'.
