11月7日、OB会事務所の洗面所で自分の顔を鏡で見たら、瞼の下がかなり皺くちゃでした

今夜、花王石鹸のマークのようなお月さんを見上げ、その理由を考えてみました

昨日（11月6日）の行動を辿ってみたら、なるほどと実感した次第です

午前10時〜スポーツ1人カラオケ🎤3時間

午後2時〜6時／横浜から田町〜OB会のお手伝い

午後6時半〜8時45分／せんばい寄席の取材、前座から大トリの三遊亭好楽さんの「芝浜」まで、集中してメモ取り

午後9時〜専売ビル地下でちょい飲み

On November 7th, I looked at myself in the mirror in the bathroom of the alumni association office and noticed that there were a lot of wrinkles under my eyelids.

Tonight, I looked up at the moon that looks like the logo of Kao soap and wondered why.

When I retraced my actions yesterday, I realized that I understood.

10:00AM - Sports and solo karaoke 🎤 3 hours

2:00PM - 6:00PM / Yokohama to Tamachi - Helping out at the alumni association

6:30PM - 8:45PM / Interview at Senbai Yose, concentrating on taking notes from the opening act to the final act, Sanyutei Koraku's "Shibahama"

9:00PM - Drinks in the basement of the Senbai building

本日、私の晩酌は作り置きのカレーライス🍛、野菜サラダ、鎌倉ハム製サラミ、埼玉県川口市の塩煎餅などをいただきながら、濃いめのサントリートリスハイボールを飲みました

Today, I drank a strong Suntory Tris highball while eating leftover curry rice, vegetable salad, salami from Kamakura Ham, and salted rice crackers from Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture!

愛宕山のNHK博物館には何度か足を運びましたが、埼玉県川口市にこれほど大規模なNHKの施設があるとは知りませんでした

11月13日、私たち仲良し夫婦のランチちょい飲みは、桜木町「はなみち」で、サッポロ瓶ビール（大）を飲みながら、マグロ刺身、銀だら焼き、鯵たたき、ホッキガイのサラダなどを美味しくいただきました

2024.11.13, my wife and I had lunch and a drink at "Hanamichi" in Sakuragicho. 

We enjoyed tuna sashimi, grilled cod, seared horse mackerel, and surf clam salad while drinking Sapporo beer (large).

私はつくづく思うのです

幼馴染みは絶対に良いことを

何はなくても真の友だちっていうのが幼馴染みですね

あんな田舎、阿武隈山系の中山間地に生まれ育ち、こうして71歳になっても「お〜っ！」「や〜！」で即打ち解けて、飲み食いした後もカラオケ🎤まねきねこで1時間おしゃべりし、残りの1時間半はマイクを回して歌ったのです

I was born and raised in the middle mountains of the Abukuma mountain range in the countryside, and even at the age of 71, I still say "Oh! Hey!" and we instantly hit it off. After eating and drinking, we chatted for an hour at Karaoke🎤 Maneki Neko, and sang with the microphone for the remaining hour and a half!

一次会は上野の中華料理「過門香」、飲み放題で会費5000円、二次会は1500円しかかからなかったのです

まねきねこダイヤモンド会員💎の私の底力で、高齢者にとっては強い味方です

午前12時に集合し、解散したのは午後5時半。参加者たちは、満足げな表情でそれぞれ福島県、栃木県、茨城県、千葉県、埼玉県、神奈川県、東京都内に帰って行きました

また、来年会いましょう！

本日、私たちのちょい飲みは、中華料理「過門香」で福島県東白川郡塙町、常豊小学校在関東同級会をしていました

待ち合わせは、西郷南州像前でした

14名が楽しく飲み食いしていました

緊張と弛緩

そんな繰り返し

気分次第で流れに任せています

迷惑をおかけしない範囲で、やる気のない時には無理をせず

昼寝して、夜もいつもどおりに就寝する日は、たくさん夢を見ます

昨日の夢は愉快でした

脳は寝ている時にでも、ちゃんと仕事をしているそうです

というわけでは、最近の愛妻ランチお弁当と一昨日の夕飯のおかず（私の炊事当番）です

As long as I don't cause any trouble, I don't push myself when I'm not feeling motivated

When I take a nap and go to bed as usual at night, I have a lot of dreams

I had a pleasant dream last night

It seems that the brain is still working properly even when we're asleep

So, here are my wife's recent lunches and the side dishes for dinner the day before yesterday (I was in charge of cooking)

東京塙会という福島県東白川郡塙町を応援する団体の「ふるさと訪問の旅」では、マスコミ（人生の楽園など）で話題を呼んだ「矢塚カフェ」で、定番メニューの鍋焼きうどんをいただきました

30数人の参加者へ、いっぺんに鍋焼きうどんを提供できないので、3班に分け「フラワーアレンジメント」と「手作りパン」にも挑戦しました

なかなか楽しく、充実した時間を過ごすことができ、たくさんの学びがありました

企画された塙町観光協会スタッフの皆様、そして八塚カフェの皆様、大変お世話になりました

The Tokyo Hanawa Association, an organization that supports Hanawa Town in Higashishirakawa County, Fukushima Prefecture, took us on a "hometown visit" to the Yatsuka Café, which has been the talk of the town in the mass media (Paradise of Life, etc.), where we were served nabeyaki udon noodles, a staple menu item.

Since we couldn't serve Nabeyaki Udon to all 30 or so participants at once, we were divided into three groups and tried our hand at flower arrangement and homemade bread!

It was a very enjoyable and productive time, and we learned a lot!

We would like to thank the staff of Hanawa Town Tourist Association and Yatsuka Cafe for all their hard work in organizing the event!

横浜野毛商店街には、福島県石川町出身で、上京している親戚の青年と同じ名前（大夢）の焼肉スタンドがありました

いつか機会を作って、彼を連れて行ってあげようと思いました

In Yokohama's Noge Shopping Arcade, there was a yakiniku stand called "Taimu" with the same name as a young relative from Ishikawa-cho, Fukushima Prefecture, who had moved to Tokyo.

I thought that someday I would find the opportunity to take him there.
