
On the morning of November 24, I weighed myself as part of my daily routine. Even though I am recovering from an illness, I was able to lose weight to 60 kg, the same weight I weighed when I was married (27 years ago).
I just eat three solid meals with less fat and no snacks, but it works great.
In particular, from dinner at 6 p.m. until 8 a.m. the next morning, it seems to be good to drink water whenever I feel hungry and not to put undue strain on my internal organs.
