7月20日のランチは、32歳下の直属の上司と、辛子明太子で著名な「やまや」浜松町店さんの「塩さば定食」(1100円)でした。
I had lunch on July 20th with my direct boss who is 32 years younger than me.
I had the Salted Mackerel Teishoku (1,100 yen) from the Yamaya Hamamatsucho branch, which is famous for its mustard cod roe.

辛子明太子と辛子高菜が食べ放題なので、ご飯のお代わりをしてしまいました。
若干、塩分の取りすぎかもしれないけど、いっぱい汗をかく時節柄、ちょうどいいのかもしれませんね。うまかったです。
Since it is all-you-can-eat spicy mentaiko and mustard mustard greens, I ended up replacing the rice.
It may be a little too salty, but it might be just right for the season when you sweat a lot. It was delicious.
