○ 先日の土曜日、新橋での所用の前に、上野で途中下車し湯島天神に寄ってきました。時節柄、菊まつりが始まっていました。境内には、所狭しと各種の菊が並んでいました。
On a recent Saturday, before going to Shinbashi for business, I got off at Ueno and dropped in at Yushima Tenjin Shrine.
The chrysanthemum festival had begun. The precincts of the shrine were lined with various kinds of chrysanthemums.
○ 大河ドラマ「八重の桜」をモチーフにした菊人形もありますよ。すごい人出でした。喫煙所は以前のとおり、飲料自販機のある場所に確保されていました。
There are also chrysanthemum dolls inspired by the historical drama "Yae no Sakura". There was a huge crowd.
The smoking area was secured where the beverage vending machines were, as before.
