私は、古希を迎える来年から横浜市の「敬老パス」を購入・利用できるようになります。

最近、利用者が増えているため、市営地下鉄の改札口に専用のタッチパネルが設置されました。

横浜市の敬老パスは、適用エリアが限られるので、SuicaやPASMOへの組み入れはできないのでしょう。

それから、都営地下鉄大手町駅ホームには、濃紺色の円形で、背面にたばこ取扱い店と宣伝されている売店があります。

先日、私のランチは都営地下鉄千代田線「新お茶の水」駅そばの「暫（しばらく）」で、ステーキ重ランチ（税込900円）を美味しくいただきました。

帰路、三田のOB会事務所に立ち寄り、メールチェックなどの用事が残っていなかったので、ランチ生ビールは我慢しました。

The other day for my lunch, I had a delicious Steak-Jyu lunch (900 yen including tax) at "Awhile" near Shin-Ochanomizu Station on the Toei Subway Chiyoda Line.

On my way back home, I stopped by the OB Association office in Mita, and since I had no remaining business to do, such as checking e-mail, I held off on the draft beer for lunch.

部屋の片付けをしていたら、Amazonギフト券が2000円分出てきました。

そこでスマホを使い、Amazonポイント登録をしたら、コンビニやネットで買い物に使えるようになりました。

私は、その理屈がまったく分かりません。そのまま捨てていたかも知れないギフト券が、2000円という価値になるなんて、とても不思議です。

I was cleaning out my room and found an Amazon gift certificate for 2,000 yen.

So I used my phone and registered for Amazon points and was able to use them for purchases at convenience stores and online.

I do not understand the logic behind this at all. It is very strange that a gift certificate that I might have thrown away as it was became worth 2,000 yen.

季節の野菜と根菜が食べたくなったので、伊勢崎モールの八百屋さんで2050円分購入しました。

手を加えずに蒸すだけ、それも元の姿のまま（なるべく包丁🔪を入れない）で食べました。

南部市場で買った万能タレ（ドレッシング）、ポン酢、マヨネーズにつけて素材の味を楽しみました。

I wanted to eat seasonal vegetables and root vegetables, so I bought 2,050 yen worth at a grocery store in Isesaki Mall.

I just steamed them without any modification and ate them as they were in their original form (without a knife🔪 as much as possible).

I dipped them in all-purpose sauce (dressing), ponzu (Japanese citrus juice), and mayonnaise that I bought at Nanbu Market and enjoyed the taste of the ingredients.

昨日、私たちの夕飯は「チャーシュー・ねぎ丼」と「玉ねぎ、魚肉ソーセージとマイタケ炒め」で、トリスハイボールを美味しくいただきました。

このところ雨模様で、阪神タイガースも連敗し、早々と追い込まれてしまい（今日負けたら日本シリーズに出られない）、かなり残念な日々です。

10月3日放送のテレビ朝日「激レアさん」を見て、私は考えさせられることが多々ありました。

登場したのは、インプラント「きぬた歯科」の院長でした。

番組スタート時点では、若林・弘中MCおよびゲストたちは「単なる目立ちたがり屋」と断定します。

しかし、そこには「きぬた歯科」院長の考え抜かれた次のような戦略があったのです。

「お客さんアンケート『どこで当院を知りましたか？』を詳しくチェックしていたら、『Web広告と看板が同率だった』ので、看板に貯金を投入した」

そうなのですよ。私は2つのOB会のお手伝いをしていますが、このIT時代にやはりWebよりもFAXや紙媒体が根強いことを痛感していました。

今回、Web広告と看板の費用対効果の現実を知り、自分の考え方について、大いに反省させられました。

また、世間の流れと逆を行くという「きぬた歯科」の発想と英断に勇気をいただきました。

Watching the October 3 broadcast of TV Asahi's "Geki Rare San" gave me much to think about.

The person who appeared on the program was the director of the implant company "Kinuta Dentistry.

He is a person who has become a topic of conversation with his 200 locations around the Kanto region with billboards with self portraits.

At the start of the program, MCs Wakabayashi and Hironaka and their guests dismissed him as "just a show-off".

However, the director of "Kinuta Dental" had the following well-thought-out strategy in mind.

That's right. I have assisted two alumni associations and was keenly aware that fax and paper media are still more persistent than the Web in this IT age.

This time, learning the reality of the cost-effectiveness of Web advertising and signboards made me reflect a great deal on my way of thinking.

I was also encouraged by Kinuta Dental's idea and wise decision to go against the flow of the world.

僕は、午前中に糖尿病の定期検診を受け、2か月分の薬を処方していただきました。

病院に向かう途中、からたちの街路樹が剪定され、トゲは痛そうだったけど涼しげでした。

病院の後、横浜橋商店街の天ぷら「豊野」で天ぷらをテイクアウトし、リモートワークの息子とランチしました。（途中、100円たい焼きを買って食べました）

午後は、どうしてもスポーツ1人カラオケ🎤がしたくなり、5時間歌いました。

「すきま風」は3回練習しましたが、アントニオ猪木➡︎力道山➡︎怪傑ハリマオという連想のつながりによって、三橋美智也さんの「怪傑ハリマオの歌」も3回歌いました。

I had a regular check-up for diabetes in the morning and was prescribed medicine for two months.

On the way to the hospital, the street trees were pruned, and the thorns looked painful, but it was cool.

After the hospital, I took out tempura at the tempura "Toyono" in the Yokohamabashi shopping district and had lunch with my remote-working son. (On the way, I bought a 100 yen taiyaki and ate it.)

In the afternoon, I really wanted to do sports alone karaoke 🎤, so I sang for 5 hours. I practiced "Sukimakaze" three times, but I also sang Michiya Mihashi's "Kaiketsu Harimao no Uta" three times because of the association between Antonio Inoki ➡︎ Rikidozan ➡︎ Kaiketsu Harimao.

Back when we didn't have a TV in our house, I used to rejoice at the brave figure of Rikidozan and applaud Harimao's admiration for good and justice at my neighbor's house that had a TV.

本日、私たちのちょい飲みは「ばんきち」吉野町店で、キリン一番搾り生ビールを飲みながら、串焼き6本セット塩とタレ、モヤシのお通し、手羽先タレ、ライスなどを美味しくいただきました。

私は、ライスに串焼きのタレをかけて食べるのが好きです。

飲んだメンバーは、東洋大学校友会神奈川県支部の先輩2人と私です。

フレッシュな話題で、トークは大盛り上がり。明日に向かって、今日もたくさんの学びがありました。（宮崎 S52 中哲卒）

Today, our little drink of the day was at Bankichi Yoshinomachi, where we enjoyed a set of six skewers with salt and sauce, bean sprout appetizer, chicken wing sauce, and rice while drinking Kirin Ichiban Shibori draft beer.

I like to eat rice with skewers with sauce.

The members who drank were two senior members of the Kanagawa branch of the Toyo University Alumni Association and myself.

The talk was very lively with fresh topics. We learned a lot today for tomorrow.（Miyazaki S52 Chinese Philosophy graduation）

昨夜、不意に杉良太郎さんの大ヒット曲「すきま風」を聴きたくなった。

かつて、カラオケ🎤で友人・知人がよくこの曲を歌っていたが、私はやらなかった。

改めてオリジナルを聴くと、杉良太郎さんの歌唱力に脱帽だった。詩情の表現がすごい。

彼は15歳の頃から人前で歌い、語るような歌い方が真似しようにもできない。

でも、私は次回のカラオケ🎤で、どうにか歌えるように特訓したいと思っている。

なお、他の有名歌手（藤圭子、美空ひばり、フランク永井）も「すきま風」をカバーしているが、やはり美空ひばりさんが圧倒的にうまい。

Last night, I suddenly felt like listening to Ryotaro Sugi's hit song "Sukimakaze".

In the past, my friends and acquaintances used to sing this song at karaoke🎤, but I never did.

Listening to the original again, I took my hat off to Ryotaro Sugi's singing ability. His expression of poetic sentiment is amazing.

He has been singing in public since he was 15 years old, and the way he sings as if he is telling a story is impossible to imitate.

But I am going to train myself to sing it somehow at the next karaoke 🎤.

Note that other famous singers (Keiko Fuji, Hibari Misora, and Nagai Frank) have also covered "Sukimakaze," but Hibari Misora is still by far the best.

The moon in Yokohama is full tonight.

At some point, McDonald's is selling the Tsukimi Burger.
