▼三田の聖坂を上がって右に曲がり、急な坂を下ると大増寺があります。先日、久しぶりに立ち寄ってきました。半年ほど前まで、会館などの改修工事をしていましたが、無事に終了していました。Go up Hijirizaka in Mita, turn right, and go down a steep hill to find Daizoiji Temple.
The other day, I stopped by for the first time in a while.
The hall and other facilities had been undergoing renovation until about six months ago, but it had been successfully completed.
▼会館の入口にどでかい灰皿があったので、近づいてみると「線香着火機」でした。私のように勘違いする方も多いらしく、灰皿ではない旨の注意書きが刻まれていました。それにしても、「線香着火機」とは初めて拝見しました。芝の増上寺にさえなかったですから、新商品なのでしょうね。There was a huge ashtray at the entrance of the hall, so I approached it and found it to be an "incense burner.
There seemed to be many people who misunderstood it as I did, so there was a warning inscribed on the ashtray that it was not an ashtray.
I had never seen an "incense burner" before.
It must be a new product, because Zojoji Temple in Shiba did not have one.
