昨日、私はOB会のお手伝いで、たばこ退職者の生活と健康と意識実態調査のデータを見ながら、その概要をまとめ分析作業をしました

まだ、その作業は途中ですが、とても勉強になっています

サンプル数は多いとは言えませんが、前回の調査からの変化や現在の世相が垣間見えるような気がしています

私のランチはいつものお弁当でした。帰路、床屋で散髪してから、帰宅して福島県東白川郡塙町産のじゃがいも🥔を使い、煮っ転がしを作ってサントリートリスハイボールで美味しくいただきました

妻手作りのハンバーグも美味しいです

My lunch was a regular bento. On the way home, after getting a haircut at a barber shop, I returned home and made boiled rolls using potatoes 🥔 from Hanawa-machi, Higashishirakawa-gun, Fukushima Prefecture, and enjoyed them with a Suntory Tris highball.

My wife's homemade hamburgers are also delicious.
