3月31日、福島県塙町のご厚意により、常豊小学校閉校記念誌が届きました。
卒業生名簿で、まずは父の姉妹弟の名前と卒業年度を確認しました。そして、亡くなった同学年の級友4人の名前に弔意を表しました。そういえば、私たちは葉たばこの産地ということから、葉たばこ作業の「葉編み」が共通の原体験になっていました。
On March 31, thanks to the kindness of Hanawa Town, Fukushima Prefecture, we received a commemorative magazine for the closure of Tsunetoyo Elementary School.

In the alumni list, I first checked the names of my father's siblings and the year they graduated. Then, I expressed my condolences to the names of four of my classmates who passed away. Come to think of it, we were in a leaf tobacco production area, so we had a common original experience of leaf weaving.
